What

trauma-informed guidance and reflection for people navigating change, burnout, grief, identity questions, or end-of-life transitions

Why

Why

My goal is to offer low-cost, immediate assistance that is reflective, grounded, and non-pathologizing – for people who are underserved, excluded, or harmed by traditional systems — including queer, trans, neurodivergent, chronically ill, and marginalized communities.

How

I draw from my clinical foundation as US-licensed clinical social worker, real-world experience, and relational values to provide structured, professional, non-medical care through 1:1 sessions, process work, grief support, and peer supervision — without diagnosis or therapy.

With what means

I don’t diagnose, and I don’t dispense medical treatment. I provide trauma-informed guidance and reflection for people navigating change, burnout, grief, identity questions, or end-of-life transitions using the full depth of my education and experience as a U.S.-licensed clinical social worker — offering low-cost, immediate support that aligns with the same high standards of care, ethics, and professionalism that shaped my clinical practice in the United States
